May 1, 2025 · After reading about a few problems with the 2025 Forester, I am asking for people who have had theirs for some time to tell me whether they are happy with their purchase or not. On 2024 and earlier, the start/stop button is a physical button and therefore it is simple to add a circuit to automatically turn start/stop off every time you start the car. I researched this and other forums and found that many people have had issues with the AC compressor clutch not working correctly. Switching to sport mode does not affect this function.
